*While it is not necessary to pre-book your visit to Dublinia, those who book tickets in advance will receive €1 off our standard admission rate.If you need to change the date of your booking, please send your request to bookings@dublinia.ie at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival with the new date/time and the sale number associated with your ticket. A time change on the day is not a problem simply present your ticket information on arrival at our welcome desk and we will amend. Please note, ticket sales once purchased are final and your ticket is non-refundable. Exceptions are made at the absolute discretion of management. Refund requests can only be processed by email to bookings@dublinia.ie stating the name on the booking, sale number, why you need to cancel, and why this justifies a refund. Requests cannot be considered without this information. A member of management will respond within 2-3 working days with a decision. In the event that Dublinia must close due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a new date or issue a full refund.’
